3. Membership Access and Delivery

Members gain access to their selected membership level (Silver, Gold, or VIP) via the Goldbar app upon enrollment. Digital resources, templates, and training materials are available 24/7 through the platform.Coaching sessions and staffing solutions are delivered based on the membership tier.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Memberships can be canceled anytime through the Goldbar app or by contacting support at [email protected]. Refunds are available for Gold and VIP memberships within the first 14 days of enrollment. Silver membership is free and not eligible for refunds.No refunds will be issued for completed coaching sessions or accessed digital resources.

5. Payment and Security

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Goldbar accepts all major credit cards and digital wallets.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Rescheduling and No-Show Policy

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.No-shows without notice will be counted as completed sessions and are non-refundable.
